Try looking into "Manage Trips" after you login. I recall there are options to cancel/change/seats/update passenger info for a specific trip, and I have entered passport info for my kids on previous trips this way. YSK, even if you do this, you will still need to scan your passport at a check-in kiosk when you get to airport, but it should save you from having to enter all the info at T-24 when you do online check-in before you get to select your seats.
