Seat guru doesn't mention the downfall of row 3 on the starboard side (seats 3d&3f). While the back rows in F do recline, being in a d or f seat sucks because there is no closet between the two cabins and your wall is the bulkhead. If you recline your seat it connects with the wall and transmits every toe tap, baggage knock, foot rest, etc. straight through your seat. 3A & C are not bad at all because the closet insulates you from the other cabin.
I don't know the flight patterns for SEA/LAX but I would imagine you would want to be on the port side window seat (A) if you wanted a view.
Now this is all different on the 737-900 as there are 4 F rows (right?) and I don't know the closet config on those.

Just checked out seatguru.com and they did make a note of my complaint regarding the seatback connecting w/ the bulkhead wall! Wow!
