24 hour cancelations
I booked MSY-LHR-KRK in J, using both the AARP and Chase discounts, but as soon as I received the confirmation email I noticed I had booked the wrong return date. So I immediately canceled online and believe I received a confirmation that the reservation would be canceled and that my credit card would not be charged, but when I received the confirmation email, it shows the full amount of my purchase under the caption "less cancellation fee" and shows no amount under the caption "total refund due." Am I correct that this is just a mistake, or a poorly worded email, and that I will receive the full refund without having to call?
