New Quest cardholder here, very reassured to have found this thread -- thank you for the previous question and answers. It was rather disconcerting to have my first statement finally close this week and see 100,000+ miles appear to vanish into thin air -- showing on my Chase statement as having already been transferred, but no evidence of such in my United account. I was aware that there can be a time lag in transferring Chase UR (and Marriott, etc) points to United, but I was surprised in this case because in every other way, the various transactions on my Quest card have seemed to reflect a fast and seamless IT linkage between Chase and United (in terms of charges, statement credits, changing miles balance on United, etc.). Having not found many other questions or complaints about this issue, I'm going to relax and assume for now they will be posting soon enough. Decided to post this in case others are in need of the same reassurance!
