Yes, Tuesday — both 19e and 30e had someone sitting there (19df and 30df occupied too) on a 753. However, I'm also confused about another detail. Is 1 Nov the first date any seats were blocked, or is the number of blocks being increased due to the higher winter average weight? I know I have seen at least 19e/30e/39e blocked on the 753 previously, so for a while now I've been curious about what they do with the seats. But on board I've never noticed any difference.
