I'm astonished at that. Even I had one once, although that was a time when I managed to be the only group 1 passenger (at least, the only one who came forward on boarding) on a CW flight from BWI over New Year.

As I was travelling with a bag, it meant I had even more time to enjoy the luggage hall; plus the car was an Evoque that didn't really have enough legroom for me. I really don't mean to sound this spoiled, but it was a nice gesture on that occasion, not a real benefit.
