Looking at the breakfast vouchers he gave us, they're also explicit that gratuity is not included. That doesn't seem to match others experiences here?
I also got the voucher written gratuity not included recently, but the issue is most of the breakfast buffet do not have a specific person serving you and you don’t have bill to check out, who should I get the gratuity to? That’s a funny situation. At the end I didn’t give gratuity if no one serving.
