I'd say that there is a realistic maximum of about £250k that any individual can spend on flights - one transatlantic First per week - although maybe some of that travel could be booked at shorter notice (although if at short notice, you probably wouldn't get 100% spend share with any one airline, either), so you have to be right up there in terms of personal spend.
I suspect you're probably a higher value customer (in general terms, rather than to BA) than many prems; it's just that you aren't UK based and, therefore, aren't on BA's radar - either in terms of the people they're proactively identifying, or at a corporate level, not on their key customer/influencer list because you're probably already spending as much with BA as you're physically able without either inconvenient routing or losing the goodwill of your overwhelmingly non-UK staff).
