Toronto to LHR. Flight delayed 98 due to fog
Left quite late 12:40am then delayed on the ground at LHR due to gate access but inflight was lovely !!!
those wanting to just sleep went to sleep
menus and food drink requests taken before take off;
no “drink” service delivered after take off - it all came as one.
Delivery seemed a bit erratic looked like back to front in terms of order: no real order obvious. It was 777 suites but they may just have done the “express first” and the regular meals second. Which I think is very considerate. I had full dinner but no dessert.
I had prawn appetizer which came with all drinks
champagne gin fizz and coke (no judging haha)
bread and butter then fairly quickly main course beef cheeks. Hands down some of the best food I’ve had on BA. Seriously… Service was fast, all done in side of 90 mins including collection and drinks refilled
slept till 40 mins before landing so no breakfast
unfortunately we arrived after 12:00 so the arrivals lounge was serving soup and I was looking forward to breakfast. Rubbish lunch there
but the inflight crew and service Top notch
