That is the reason why they have numbers for elites/F, the agents answering those calls are better trained. When we visited intouch in Berlin some years ago to meet the lurkers the gang there was pretty knowledgable and smart. But such agents cost a pretty penny. In the low wage countries there is a high employee turnover and they can hardly train fast enough.
