Near Disney? LOL Never been to Tokyo Disney Sea.
I'm not a Tokyo expert, but have been to near Disney. (Not inside, I think spending to much time living in OC affected me.)

Note it is a very long way from downtown Tokyo. At least 30m to 1 hour by subway.

Factor that in if you are taking trains from Tokyo station, or if you plan to go back to your hotel during the day to freshen up.
