QF RTW desk, still exists?
I have a RTW ticket issued by QF and there was a major schedule change that I'm not happy with. I tried to call in to QF customer service and was met with utter incompetence, complete lack of knowledge of how a RTW (OneWorld Explorer) ticket works, etc. I've seen many other threads expressing frustration over QFs call centers as of late, so not surprised there.
I tried calling again today, don't know where the call center was, but was not South Africa, the guy was incredibly hard to understand. I asked if there's a dedicated desk or team handling RTW fares, also tried calling it OneWorld Explorer to see if that triggered a bell for him, he said no, you have to book those on the website... now wouldn't it be nice if changes could also be done on the website! He said for them the only way to get in touch with the helpdesk is via messenger, they don't even have a way to call. This was also my experience with my first attempt yesterday, she said she'd call me back and never did. Still sitting in limbo with seemingly useless call centers.
I saw in some very old threads there is (was) a RTW desk but couldn't find how to contact them. Does anyone know if this still exists, and how to contact them?
Cheers
