Yes, Spain does still enforce masks on public transport, chemists and other sanitary spaces (dentists, hospitals, etc).
I was in Madrid this weekend and I was refused entry on a bus because I didn't have my mask on. Luckily I had one in my bag.
I'd note that while buses enforce it. Metro mostly doesn't and on later evening trains compliance can be in the 10% range.
