Since I am spending hotel points, I will most likely be staying at an IC: Intercontinental Tokyo Bay, or the Intercontinental ANA. The 'cheapest' in terms of points however is the Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. Are these locations any good? Any suggestions for the surrounding areas?

Near Disney? LOL Never been to Tokyo Disney Sea.
