Does anyone know if Chase/Benefit Administrator respects the list of cars covered under the Primary Auto Collision Plan?

My issue: When renting overseas, you are likely to get a car from a manufacturer that doesn’t produce cars in the US (Opel, Skoda). When I called the Benefit administrator they simply say the cars are not covered, but they cover cars like an Audi A6 (3x the cost of some Opel’s). Any experiences? They advertise worldwide protection, but you have to call and verify, when you don’t know what you’ll get?
