Chase Hyatt Annual Free Night Award Certificate - when does it post?
It's been 1 month so far after the annual fee was billed, and still no cert. Already paid the annual fee. I know the T&C says up to 10 weeks, but what is everyone's experience here?

this is the CONSUMER card, not business.
