I know. Delta keeps on changing its rules. In December 2021, I was allowed in the Virgin Lounge in Terminal 3 in Heathrow. By April 2022, Delta restricted me to the No. 1 lounge. However, last month, I was back to being able to use the Virgin Lounge again. I only fly economy, but have platinum status and a Delta Reserve card.

I think Delta got a lot of negative feedback to the change to the No. 1 lounge, but seriously, in December, I was with my long-haired 21 year old son in the Virgin lounge, he would have looked a long way from the material they probably expected to attract!

I tried to "chat" to Delta today. They have no idea who is the main operator to the Virgin Lounge in Tampa. They didn't think I was eligible for the lounge, and all they could say to me was use the Delta lounge in E. Seriously, they expect me to go through security twice? I'm TSA Pre/Global Entry, but that doesn't always guarantee zero wait!
