The US Clubhouses (BOS, SFO, JFK, IAD) are now operated by Plaza Premium Group (post Covid) which provide access with a Priority Pass membership (this comes with Amex Plat card, but you have to register for it if you have not already done so). I believe they may limit access with Priority Pass to certain times. You can't access them directly with an Amex Plat card.
The TPA lounge is not a Clubhouse and is just a shared access lounge as noted on VS website. You can't use an Amex Plat or Priority Pass to access it.
Like DL and UA, AA now requires a same-day AA or partner flight in order to access Admirals Club lounges with a membership. So your Admirals Club membership won't be useful for the Admirals Club either.
