I have an Eco Light ticket which I upgraded with points (U). I need to cancel the ticket as most likely I won't be able to travel on that date: I know that Eco Light fares are non refundable but was very surprised when the Finnair agent on the chat said that I cannot get the points refunded either as "the original booking class (Z) is not available". Does that sound correct?
