Hey All - stumbled across this thread after a google search. I'm a Hertz Gold Plus member (due to American Express Platinum), but tomorrow is my first rental and my reservation says "Service Type: Standard Counter"

I'm renting from the Hertz at the Atlanta airport, and am wondering if I actually have to go to the standard counter? Previous responses on this thread from last year state otherwise, but I'm confused since my reservation documents say the opposite. Does anyone have experience as a first time Gold Plus renter at the ATL airport?
