I did a check and found on-line availiblity at the Tokyo Hilton for just about the entire month. I inserted 4 day stays at a time.
The Tokyo Bay Hilton was more spotty but I did find some availibility others said "call the Diamond desk" which generally will you the get reward you need.
If the above doesnt work call the Gold Desk or perhaps some Diamond might be willing to trade you certs.

Well, maybe that's the case. I was logged in....Ordinarily would do Priority Club, but trying to make this a "free" vacation, and the Amex Rewards don't transfer (at least to my knowledge...if anyone knows differently please advise) over to PC. I'll try the other suggestions too....thanks MIKESILV!
