That response is an absolute joke considering many of my stays won't post for a minimum of 5 days after check out and most post at about a week after checkout.
I am a very big breakfast person when I travel but I usually enjoy said breakfast in the city versus the hotel so more often than not, I am claiming the points.
It's frustrating for sure.
