Any comparison between this and the DoubleTree?

Decided to make a last minute trip to Brussels and both are available at cheap points levels.

DT looks newer but a bit further from the city centre while this place looks more tired but better located.

Is it that bad or is it good enough to be worth the better location vs the newer DT?

Last time we stayed in Brussels (which somehow was 5 years ago) we stayed at the Courtyard EU which we both concluded was a little further away than we’d ideally like to be, especially with the low award cost of the two Hilton’s (and Marriott but it gets pretty mediocre reviews so that’s a pass)
