I’ve been consistently emailing the ambassador team to post these welcome points and they’ve clearly stated that we cannot claim for compensation for the lack of the welcome gift after we leave which is disingenuous since we don’t have the ability of knowing whether or not we are receiving said gift.
That response is an absolute joke considering many of my stays won't post for a minimum of 5 days after check out and most post at about a week after checkout.
