Agreed, and the fact that Collinson's brand The Club is featured leads me to expect that these lounges will permanently accept Priority Pass -and- that some locations will operate as contract lounges for airlines, because that is The Club business model. Chase has purchased the naming rights, but it is not yet clear what that will mean for their cardholders.
Collinson says that the lead time to open an airport lounge is typically four years. This suggests that these first three locations are lounges that The Club already planned to open, and later lounges may better reflect Chase's influence on size and amenities.
