I hesitate to ask it here, though their pricing is on the 'luxe' end. Any experiences here with Hakone Gora Karaku?

Only has 'deluxe' rooms, split between East/West buildings, with differentiator being the floor and room view.

We have a last minute booking for late November. Knowing that rooms with rotenburo for a Saturday stay in Hakone/Fuji Five Lakes area around this time is an extremely tall order, Karaku appears to be the only matching property with any availability left, seemingly by proxy of being newer (opened Oct 2020) and relatively unknown. The (translated) reviews appear mostly positive, though a number have noted minor service misses due to more junior staffing.
