honestly it's not too bad. Ill have to look thru my album to post some pictures.
rooms are quite outdated and close to a motel look but overall building isn't that bad.
Like u said, price and proximity is hard to beat, they send me $89-$119 flyers all the time, can walk to the casino indoors connected thru a bridge. And they also give u bunch of coupons, although nothing much useful other than the casino vouchers.
of course you wont get a nice view of the falls though. if you're looking for a romantic night with a partner or something, probs not the best choice. (Id rather look into embassy suites for this. I think its cheaper than fallsview marriotts)
but if u can snatch room #1802 or #1804, you'll still see the falls from the window.
