FYI, misery loves company, I am still sitting at 12 days with no posting. I have made multiple reach outs to multiple places at Marriott (including the forum Lurker, greatly appreciate their presence here), called United twice ("we don't have them, give it a few weeks") and Marriott just keeps saying they sent it to United and it should be there. Everyone at Marriott has been very nice and sympathetic and indicate the 7-day timeline is how it should work but they appear unable to figure out the issue and keep sending my info back to a Marriott Partner Specialist department.
My first and last name are EXACTLY the same while on Marriott I have a middle initial and on United (as required) I have my full middle name.
I lost my award ticket I was hoping to book while sitting around waiting and at this point would just like Marriott Points back.
