i feel like a wiki update would be helpful, my understanding is that row 5 only has one window and the seats further up in the cabin have more limited overhead bins.
You don't say what's most important to you, but if you want the most quiet seat, I would recommend 6L. I sat in 3L on my last flight on this plane, and the noise from the front galley and FA seating area was too disruptive to be able to sleep. My return flight was in 6A, which was much quieter (I imagine 6L would be reasonably similar). I don't recall having any overhead issues as I believe the overhead bins are only missing in rows 1 and 2.
