Just completed a 10 night stay here. Was upgraded to a Conrad Suite, no email but was visible on the app a few days prior to check-in. Welcome fruit amenity left waiting in the room for my arrival along with a bear. Rin for breakfast is super convenient for the Suites block and much more quiet although Suku does have a more extensive range of options. Afternoon Tea & evening cocktails both had very attentive service levels. I did enquire about the lounge reopening at check-out and was told that there is no current schedule for this and it would be reviewed again late next year.
