With QR, lounge access depends on the type of ticket purchased as QR sell unbundled tickets. So to get access to the good business and first lounges then you need to have a certain class of booking. I know that P class doesn’t come with lounge access but if you are Emerald then you can access the new but less wonderful status based lounges near gate A1 in Doha.
