Welcome amenity bonus points CONSISTENTLY NOT POSTING
I have been on a trip during the last fortnight and stayed at 8 different Marriott properties, many in Asia. At all hotels I chose to receive points (one hotel in Asia had the audacity to offer a pack of paper towels as their local gift), but out of 8 stays only one has posted.
It is a hassle to complain to 7 different hotels, fill up forms etc. for the measly points. Marriott should be made to pay extra penalty points if these welcome bonus points do not post automatically.
What is the best way of claiming these points?
