I had a claim for expenses in the US due to an AC flight cancellation. Claim did not involve APPR. The claim was paid in $CDN. Receipts were in USD.
I pointed out the issue and provided amount owing based on Bank of Canada exchange rate for the day the expenses were incurred. Additional amount paid straight away with an apology.
