My UAL has middle name listed while my Bonvoy account doesn't have a middle name or initial. First and last names are the same. Could this be the issue?
I'm in the same situation, still waiting for a transfer from 21 Oct to go through, I also have my middle name in my UAL profile and not in my Marriott. My only previous experience transferring points from Bonvoy was to Qantas and the points, including bonus, arrived within a few hours, Qantas also has my middle name so I don't think that's the issue. Looking through this thread it's been quite an eye opener on just how long UAL can take.
