Called the Titanium line, got reservations, first agent was asking what my reason / special circumstances were, then said she couldn't help and transferred me. Second agent was "elite services" or something like that, he said he could only extend one, and took care of the one expiring tomorrow. I guess I'll try again later this month on the other. Is there a better / more direct number I should be calling?
