Can you give a few examples for the service issues? Except their upgrade games? (Which is unacceptable).
So obviously the upgrade bs set a poor tone for the stay.

The service was robotic and not warm or genuine. Examples: no offer to show me to my room despite quite front desk and ample staff waiting for guests.

Housekeeping was scattershot, not thorough and missing FS special touches.

I only dined with in-room dining. Breakfast was generally great (included), but the paid dinners and lunches were very mediocre.

Cherry on top: I had meetings and then a close-in flight, and front desk failed to check me out remotely despite submitting it on the iPad and confirming via FS mobile app chat.

Add to that the unacceptable wear on the room, and I won’t be back anytime soon. Simply not worth what they are asking.
