Tried today for redeeming RAW flight with BA Avios. At the. beginning, the agent didn't even know RAM as a Oneworld member. Then, I instructed him to find RAM flight with Avios search, and he agreed as well that I can't book the flight on the website. He went to his manager and returned to tell me that there are some "system issues" which they can't even book online.... I wonder if they really use the same system as member to "assist" us to book the flight...
