Yes, thank you so much for starting this thread I was scouring the internet to figure out what this was.
I'm actually in the midst of chatting with a phone rep from miles-and-more Lufthansa (I had no idea what Lufthansa/bundle&go were).
Here's a rough outline of what she's saying to me as I type and talk:
'we are having some technical issues, its a spam email it might be a hacker.
Its not true, we are not sending out emails regarding bundle.
That's not from Lufthansa...
I'm not the 1st one to call we have been receiving this call for 1-2 hours now.
They're trying their best to stop the further spread of this email. It is not real, please disregard this email'
She stopped mid-sentence and said she'll leave notes on this call, kindly and stay on the line.
~3 minutes she comes back
I inquire about what notes were taken if she could explain, how I can help with whatever it is there doing towards this, and if she can tell me a bit about what miles & more is (at this point trying to figure out my connection to all this, whilst reading the new replies in this thread I connected my purchase date on bundle&go email matched up with me buying points on the Marriott website so like OP mentioned felt a moment of relief, but dots are connecting with what the rep has been saying that it might be a data breach?).
I'm actually still on the call, she's flipped a switch to being highly irritated (maybe due to the repeated calls/volume) and is now doing this awkward thing where she didn't answer what I had asked above since returning from 'putting notes on this call' and whilst I still can hear her background noise/colleagues/typing is ignoring me.
I'm just sitting here writing this comment until she says something as she can definitely hear me typing away, puzzled why she's pretending to do this.
.....Okay she's now put me on mute/hold and is still ignoring me so I'll timestamp.
16 minutes - heard her unmute/unhold. I quickly said hello to her and she immediately muted again
19 minutes - A quick hello are you still there into the void
22 minutes - complete radio silence since the 16 minute mark.
26 minute - Silence broken the call has sent me to a service survey. Filling it out (scoring of 1 fully satisfied - 6 fully dissatisfied).
Maybe she was hoping I'd hang up to avoid participating in this....

Call ended @ 27min.
