Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone here has ever used their stay plus night benefit (part of the Accor Plus paid program) while being a plat member. I stayed at the MGallery L'Opera Hotel Hanoi recently and was told during breakfast that as I was using the stay plus night, I would not be offered breakfast and would have to pay for it, even though I informed the staff member that I was a plat member. Could anyone help confirm whether this is true?
