DM line, the agent told me, sir, we can’t use a GUC on a Partner marketed, delta operated flight when the ticket is not issued by Delta. In my case it was AIr France marketed flight (CDG-DTW), operated by Delta and it is an AF ticket. They have few unsold seats with 24 hours to the flight.
The agent tried her best for an hour, finally said this is how her colleague communicated to her😵
