What you might be able to do, is to move your existing QR points from your wife back to BAEC. From there you can move up to 27K from one person to another each calendar year. Then you can move your BAEC points back to your own QR account. This should allow you to eventually get all of your wife's points over to QR.

Have not tried this, but from what I read it should work. You could get it a shot with a small number of points and see what happens!
