Domestic United States carriers call it "First Class".

Since you posted in the Alaska Airlines forum, I assume you're flying them, and you can find their seatmaps and recommendations at http://www.seatguru.com/.

If you are asking for a recommendation, your only two choices are Alaska and United Airlines. United has a little bit more legroom, overhead (not personal) video if you fly an Airbus A319/A320 or 757/767, and audio on all of their planes (including the 737).
