When I click on my name, the CO2ZERO option button shows "Contributed. Thank you!", but when I click on my children name or my husband, it sats "Contribute" but when clicking on it, only the Seat Selection and Bagage options show up, not the CO2ZERO/SAF option. Is it a bug?
That's a really good question.
Because I'm travelling alone, I can't replicate what you're seeing (even though, stupidly, I tried). As a data point, when I was looking at contributing via Air France last week, I was getting the standard/normal options (seat, meal, baggage, contribute, etc.) and when I selected "contribute" it took me to the abridged offers you are seeing - seat and baggage options only. KLM is where I saw the full set of options yesterday (plus an option for checking a bike!
), and "contribute" was one of them, and when I selected it it displayed the offer and would allow one to make a purchase for SAF. So if you're seeing this over at KLM, that just seems odd.
Maybe at this point a call to KLM (not necessarily to AF, since they're the ones who are pausing the program) is in order? One would think that they would want to make the offer available to everyone who is flying, so what you're seeing doesn't really make sense.
