Yes I can see why you would want to confirm that. One would hope that they would be responding, but then again perhaps there is some sort of automated internal flag that says they are waiting for you to respond with the documents etc.

Other than waiting for a reply, or opening a new case number to query it, hopefully someone else here with experience of a multi-person claim will be along soon to give their experience...
