They do offer some basics (eyemask & ear-plugs, I believe) by default on intra-asia, in a cloth bag, but not the full amenity kit. If you select the "skip meal" option, you should receive both kits (or at least, that's what I got).
To Seoul and Taipei and China there are no amenities offered as standard. The slim amenity kit is for SE Asia, Hawaii, and India
