This is also a lounge on the other side of the world in an airport without a lot of traffic at the moment. My guess is any differentiation will be in the US, especially for the smaller lounges like PHX where they likely can't do much other than limit access (and certainly won't be able to differentiate by offering longer stays to CSR cardholders while still letting PP Select in as that'll just exacerbate the situation)
