Quick question for you guys and girls.
Flew Dub-doh-bkk in July. Doh to bkk delayed for 6 hours and I put in a claim for EU261. Fast forward to Sept and and I got a response to say yes they would award 600 eur compensation but didnt mention the other person on the same booking. I responded to clarify this (Sept 3rd) and 15 emails later have not received a response and more importantly no compensation. Qatar Twitter doesn't respond and emails are opened (have hubspot) but never responded to. Any ideas what I should do? Kinda not about the money anymore but the principle.
