The only changes I noticed were to faces at the reception desk, and some different practices in the breakfast set-up (e.g. the enclosed section was closed). As for the airport shuttle I was told
1: it had re-started then faltered
2: it would re-start as soon as staffing levels return to normal
3: it would not re-start
i didn't press for a definitive answer
My GoBluebird (BB booked through the Gojek app) from the airport was 20K: all other rides wanted silly money for a 1km trip.
As for booking a room for 5 nights, then checking in but not sleeping there….. it's certainly odd behaviour, maybe inconsiderate, but I can't see how it's fraudulent.
