Yeah, the problem is that, even with I class showing available, the upgrades sometimes don't go through until right before the flight.
I'm kinda on the fence here and going to be a hypocrite. I think this is a good idea and I will vote "yes" for the benefit of others, but I probably won't offer my own vouchers, initially at least, because it's a lot of hassle. Is that bad of me?
If I did participate, it would only be in the cash-neutral upgrades - no departures from LHR and others who charge extra tax.
