Just completed a one-night stay. Had booked the cheapest room, was given a room on the top -floor that did not have a view and was a bit tight. Didn't press for Plat upgrade. It was a connecting room and the noise was very loud from housekeeping and guests opening and slamming the other doors. Room was in good condition, though there was a leaking ice machine in the hallway.

Proactively was offered late checkout. Mistakenly went to breakfast in the restaurant which was a nightmare and people yelling over slow service. Platinum breakfast is only in the lounge, which consisted of a tray of scrambled eggs, a tray of bacon, and a tray of sausage, some pastries and cereal, bagels, fruit, and a few yogurts. But it was pretty empty at around 8am which was nice.
Lounge evening service was packed, but found a seat on the lovely terrace. Choice of wines and beers complimentary served by staff. Food was not much: some salad, chips and salsa and guac, frozen mini quiche, and a veggie tray. Pepsis self serve.

Definitely feels more like a Four Points than a standard Sheraton. Gym is particularly small, and confusing since there's an elevator to Planet Fitness in the lobby-but didn't seem like guests have access.
